The rules of this site
Site rules
What nievigo.com is and is not: a private service that informs and prepares, gives no legal advice and promises no result, with the terms of any help.
These rules set out what nievigo.com is, what it offers and where its responsibility stops. By browsing these pages or contacting us, you agree to them.
An independent business
NIE Vigo is privately run and has no public role. It is not part of, and does not act for, any public body, whether police, Delegación del Gobierno en Galicia, Oficina de Extranjería, Xunta de Galicia or Concello. Only those bodies receive applications and decide them.
What our guides are
The guides describe official procedures as the sources they cite presented them when we wrote. Rules, forms, fees and the way offices share the work can change without notice, and no general page knows your circumstances. Take them as general guidance, not as legal advice, and check anything decisive with the office concerned or a qualified professional.
Messages you send us
A message sent by form or by email binds neither you nor us. If you want our help after the first answer, we describe in writing what we would do and what it would cost, and begin only once you agree. If one of our partner firms can help you better, we tell you so, and that firm’s own conditions then apply.
State fees and outcomes
Fees owed to the State, such as the Modelo 790 código 012, are paid to the administration and are unrelated to anything you might pay us. Good preparation makes an appointment easier; the decision, though, remains the administration’s alone. We promise no outcome, no date and no deadline.
Other websites
Our links lead to official sites and to partner firms; each is responsible for what it publishes, and on what terms.
Liability
We cannot answer for what the administration decides, for rules that change after we publish a guide, or for the appointments that booking systems make available.
Questions and governing law
Questions about these rules go to ola@nievigo.com. They are governed by Spanish law.
